Welcome to Longleaf Estates!

Welcome to our area’s newest residential development.  Located in the Saks community just north of Anniston, Alabama, Longleaf Estates is the first such development to open in this area in decades.

Longleaf is being offered by Capitol Development, LLC, a company comprised of long-term Saks residents who care about the area, and want to continue its family oriented character.

The first phase will offer 19 lots available for sale. These lots will be along the north end of the development.  With an entrance off Saks Road, residents will enter this upscale neighborhood across an earthen dam, viewing a peaceful man-made lake. Inside you will find large wooded lots, with underground utilities, and well-lit, curbed and guttered streets.
